Returns

Important instructions for the returns of items:

• Univectra d.o.o. does not accept CODs for returned merchandise.
• The Consumer must cover the cost for returning unwanted goods.
• Return shipping arrangement are the responsability of the Consumer, then Univectra d.o.o. cannot be responsible for the damages during transportation and for lost packages or other issues related to the shipping.
• Attach a copy of compiled form for withdrawal from contract.
• Attach a copy of the invoice.
• The risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the Consumer when the Consumer (or a third party designated by him) enters physically in possession of the goods.

The shipping address is the company headquarter unless otherwise stated. It is recommended that the Consumer places the item back into the original manufacturer's packaging and ensure that the item to be packed properly to avoid damages. It is recommended that the Consumer makes the return shipping via insured service with a tracking number.
