Order Confirmation
When the Consumer make an order, he will send an order confirmation to his e-mail address.
The customer order is only an offer to buy from Univectra d.o.o.. Please note that the customer order confirmation e-mail is not to be considered as being final acceptance of this order by Univectra d.o.o..
Nothing that Univectra d.o.o. does or says will amount to any acceptance of the Consumer offer until the Univectra d.o.o. sends Consumer an e-mail notifying him that the Univectra d.o.o. has dispatched an item to Consumer. At this point, a contract will be made between both parts for Consumer to buy and for Univectra d.o.o. to sell the item that Consumer have ordered from Univectra d.o.o..
Once the contract is made, the Consumer cannot amend his order (however, the Consumer may cancel the order set out in the chapter "Right of Withdrawal").
At any point up until the contract is made, Univectra d.o.o. may decline to supply an item to the Consumer. If Univectra d.o.o. declines to supply an item to the Consumer and has payment already taken place, Univectra d.o.o. will give the Consumer a full refund of any amount already paid for that item in accordance with Univectra d.o.o.'s return and refund policy.
Univectra d.o.o. tries to ensure that he always stock the full product range and he will advise the Consumer if the item is out of stock. If for any reason beyond the reasonable control Univectra d.o.o. is unable to supply a particular item, Univectra d.o.o. will not be liable to the Consumer except to ensure that the Consumer are not charged for that item.
If the Consumer would like Univectra d.o.o. to resend him the order confirmation, he can contact Univectra d.o.o. by phone or he can send the message compiling the contact form.
