Production cycle

The entire production cycle takes place, as always, only at the main headquarters in the province of Ascoli Piceno. The site spreads over a total area of approximately 10,000 m2 where all stages of the production process on the 4 production lines equipped with the latest cutting edge machinery such as laser cutters are certified. Welding is, however, strictly "handmade" ensuring absolute exclusivity to each item produced. The Moretti Group invests obsessively in the "R & D" department for the conception and creation of its products;

Thanks to these investments our products have always being at the forefront from a technological point of view as well as tested for reliability and safety since all products "one by one" are approved before packing. It is in a "laboratory" that our personnel take personal care of all testing before the actual product is released on the market.

The design and beauty of Moretti Design creations are the result of the study of professional artisans who with passion create works of art symbol of elegance Made in Italy. The aesthetic kit represents the external cladding of the stove and is available in different colours and versions:

• Glass: the elegance of glass is mixed with the classicism of ceramics.
• All Style: The unique ceramic protagonist, accompanies the entire coating of the stove and soft lines of metal.
• Style: Perfect match between the ceramic in the upper part of the stove and metal along the sides.
• Stone: Material line that presents elegant and essential finishes made to recall an exclusive stone effect.

Magical glass effect

In the Moretti design group, glass becomes magical. It is a tempered glass (resistant to high temperatures) not enamelled, but molded with a special hi-tech compound, which makes it totally obscured, preventing the vision of the combustion chamber if the latter is devoid of flame, then the stove off.

The advantages of totally darkened glass are mainly 2: the embellished design that the stove acquires and not having to necessarily clean the glass of the same when you are unable to do so.

The glass becomes magic when, instead, the stove is switched on… as if by magic it allows the vision of the flame like any other glass until the stove is turned off, as a result of which it returns to be darkened becoming again a jewel of furniture.

Warranty

Moretti Design fireplaces and stoves are handmade items, truly "handmade", and for this reason it is in our interest to preserve them from sale through the Mass Distribution and/or through the internet. Products purchased through selected showrooms enjoy a 2 to 5 year warranty.

Certifications

Since 1960 we have been manufacturing high quality products thanks to continuous research and the use of excellent materials. Each product complies with current European standards and directives and is subject to control by qualified bodies that evaluate the performance, emissions and construction characteristics.
