MCN gas boilers incorporate a stainless steel heat exchanger that is twisted into a spiral. Most gas boiler manufacturers, including world-renowned brands, use a spiral with a plastic manifold. The MCN solution is superior and provides a longer life and higher efficiency, mainly because the exchanger scrubber is efficient and consequently provides better heat transfer. In the case of the others, the exchanger may become clogged but, due to the plastic collector, it can no longer be cleaned, resulting in a failure.
